PERSONALIZED STRENGTH TRAINING INTELLIGENCE

MEASURE.
UNDERSTAND.
GET STRONGER.

Building the intelligence layer
for strength training.

ARSAD combines wearable motion sensing with workout data to help people understand how they perform, not just what they lift.

Tracking a workout
isn’t the same as
understanding it.

You know what you lifted.
What about how you performed?

Weights, sets and repetitions are a useful record. They reveal less about how your movement changes, what’s consistent, and how performance develops over time.

ARSAD is building toward a more objective understanding of the work behind the numbers.

FROM A WORKOUT LOGTO A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING

Every session.
Part of a bigger picture.

Our vision connects workout planning, physical movement data, personal baselines and future recommendations in one evolving system.

REAL ENGINEERING PROGRESS

From concept to
working technology.

We’ve built a physical motion-sensing prototype, connected it to our mobile application, and established the foundation for capturing and analyzing strength-training movement.

THE FOUNDATION

Movement meets
meaning.

Our engineering prototype brings together motion sensing, wireless connectivity and an iPhone workout application. It is the first step toward a more connected understanding of strength.

Built for the way you train.

Plan your session. Move between sets. Review your workout.

Learning from
every movement.

EXPLORING THE SIGNAL

Building toward deeper understanding.

We’re actively researching exercise recognition and motion analysis using wearable sensor data, with the goal of turning movement into more meaningful training insight.

Our research includes work with an independent public dataset and will continue with recordings from our own sensor.

Measured steps.
Ambitious direction.

We’re building toward exercise recognition and personalized training insights, guided by learning from real training.

  1. LATE 2026

    Build the evidence.

Controlled movement recordings and labeled datasets.

  2. EARLY 2027

    Recognize the movement.

Develop initial recognition for selected exercises.

  3. 2027

    Make it personal.

Develop movement analysis and individual baselines, with early user testing.

  4. 2028

    Bring it to training.

Work toward bringing ARSAD to athletes.

Our roadmap reflects the direction of our work.

Explore the long-term intelligence vision +

Our long-term vision includes automatic exercise recognition, repetition and set detection, tempo and range-of-motion analysis, movement consistency and velocity indicators, fatigue estimation, personal performance baselines, Training Performance and Training Intensity scores, and personalized recommendations.

THE PRINCIPLE BEHIND THE WORK
“Our ambition is to build a trusted measurement layer for strength training.”

Let’s build a better
understanding of strength.

For investors and potential early partners who see
what better understanding could make possible.
